We are committed to learning all we can about the food we offer—from nutritional information to place of origin to the tastiest preparation. Our intimate relationship with food relies on our intimate knowledge of food. The only thing more satisfying than learning about our food is sharing our knowledge with our community.

Whether through the Co-op newsletter, in-store signs, classroom visits, cooking classes in our Teaching Kitchen or the unique recipes we offer, the Co-op is always looking for new ways to help you strengthen your relationship with your food and your community.
