Pumpkin Mousse

Move over, pumpkin pie. Makes 4 cups, serves 8-10, doesn't require gluten.

1 cup cream cheese

1 cup sugar

11/2 cups pumpkin puree

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. nutmeg

¼ tsp. ground cloves

1 cup whipped cream

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin and spices. Gently fold in whipped cream. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
