Recipe: Whole Wheat Couscous

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat couscous
1 cup plus 1 Tbsp. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions:

Add salt to hot water. Pour hot water over couscous. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

Serve with Tasty Bite entrees, braised or stewed meats, vegetable stir fry – anything with a sauce, really!
