Recipe: Tuna Vegetable Sub

Ingredients:

1 can tuna, well drained
1 cup sautéed veg
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup vinaigrette
French bread

Instructions:

Cut sandwich-sized rolls from the baguette. Divide tuna between sandwiches.  Top with sautéed veg and lettuce.  Sprinkle vinaigrette liberally over sandwich.  Place top on sandwich and press down.  Best if allowed to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
