Recipe: Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients:

1 tsp. olive oil
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 cup finely sliced onion
2 veggie burgers
2 nice buns
(condiments to taste)

Instructions:

Cook onions in oil 5 minutes, then add mushrooms and cook until tender. Cook burgers to taste. Toast buns. Spread with butter, mayo and/or mustard to taste. Divide mushrooms between buns and add burgers.
