Recipe: Raviolis with Sausage

Ingredients:

8 oz. frozen ravioli
1 Italian sausage
oil
1/2 an onion
1 1/2 cups pasta sauce
grated cheese

Instructions:

Cook ravioli according to package instructions. While it cooks, remove sausage from casing, crumble, and cook. Remove from pan and fry sliced onion, adding oil if needed. Reduce heat, add pasta sauce and cook 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning. When pasta is barely done, reserve 1/4 cup pasta water. Drain ravioli and add to tomato pan along with sausage. Cover and let cook 2-3 minutes. Add pasta water if it thickens up to much.
