Recipe: Veggie Chili Mac

Ingredients:

oil
1/2 an onion, diced
1/2 a bell pepper, diced
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
2 veggie burger patties
1 can diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. macaroni
1 cup frozen corn

Instructions:

Fry pepper and onion in oil until tender. Add spices and cook until fragrant. Add garlic and crumbled veggie burgers and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cook over low heat while you cook pasta until barely done. Drain pasta, then add to sauce along with frozen corn and cook 2-3 minutes.
