Recipe: Beer Marinade

Ingredients:

1 cup dark beer
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. minced fresh sage
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. olive oil

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients. Marinate mushrooms or shrimp about 15 minutes; chicken or tofu about 1/2 hour; beef (refrigerated) up to 2 hours.
