Recipe: Teriyaki Burgers

For 2.

Ingredients:

2 burgers of any type
2 nice buns
Teriyaki Mushroom Mix
(very thinly sliced cheese)
(mayo & mustard to taste)

TERIYAKI MUSHROOM MIX
1 tsp. olive oil
4 oz. white mushrooms
4 green onions
1 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions:

Start Teriyaki Mushroom Mix. Cook burgers to taste. If using cheese, place on top of the burgers during the last couple of minutes of cooking. Toast buns. Spread with condiments, if using. Divide Teriyaki Mushroom Mix between buns. Place burgers on buns and enjoy!


TERIYAKI MUSHROOM MIX
Wash mushrooms and slice very thinly. Slice white and tender green parts of onions very thinly. Heat oil in a small skillet and add mushrooms. Sauté gently until tender, 4-5 minutes. Add green onions and cook 1 minute more. Add teriyaki sauce and stir.
