Ingredients:
1/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 lb. white button mushrooms
4 green onions, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large garlic clove
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Instructions:
If you're fond of mushrooms, this is a good side dish recipe on its own. It's even better served over greens.
