Recipe: Pasta Salad - #1


8 oz. uncooked pasta shapes (macaroni, shells, etc.)
1 package frozen organic peas
1 bunch green onions, white & tender green part sliced
1/4 to 1/2 cup of your favorite vinaigrette


Bring water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. When pasta is done, throw in peas and let stand 1 minute off heat. Drain pasta and peas into a colander, then pour into a bowl of very cold water. Let stand 2-3 minutes, then drain well. Add onions and vinaigrette to taste.
