8 oz. pasta shapes (macaroni, shells, etc.)
1 package frozen organic peas
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/4 to 1/2 cup of your favorite vinaigrette
1 can crab or tuna
Bring water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. When pasta is done, throw in peas and let stand one minute off heat. Drain pasta and peas into a colander, then pour into a bowl of very cold water. Let stand 2-3 minutes, then drain well. Add onions, crab and vinaigrette to taste.
Sometimes you just have to make a meal ahead of time. These cold salads, with a little bread and a bag of baby carrots, ought to do it.
