Recipe: Shrimp Salad with Seafood Sauce

Serves 2.

Ingredients:

4 oz. tiny shrimp
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
1/2 cup finely shredded lettuce
1/4 cup seafood sauce

SEAFOOD SAUCE
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
Dash hot pepper sauce (optional)

Instructions:

Mix together shrimp, celery and white onion. Place one half of the lettuce on each plate. Arrange shrimp on top. Spoon sauce over shrimp.

SEAFOOD SAUCE
Mix all ingredients. Serve chilled.
