Recipe: Spinach Salad with Turkey

Ingredients:

Spinach
Red onions
Oranges
walnuts
thinly sliced turkey or substitute

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. rice syrup

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together vinegar and rice syrup. Gradually whisk in oil to form an emulsion.

Wash spinach very well. Slice red onion thinly. Peel and slice oranges and cut into small chunks (if peeling is difficult, we sometimes just slice off the peel.) Eat a walnut. Cut turkey into thin strips. Mix everything together and toss with dressing just before serving.
