Recipe: Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp. rice syrup
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. very finely chopped onion
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 baskets cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp. capers

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together everything except the oil, tomatoes, capers and mozzarella. Whisk in the oil in a thin stream, and whisk until emulsified. Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Add capers; toss with dressing.
