Recipe: Very Basic Coleslaw

Ingredients:

2 cups of shredded cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Instructions:

Shred cabbage and carrot. Sprinkle with salt and let stand in a colander for 30 minutes. Mix mayo, vinegar and mustard. Toss with drained cabbage. Taste and adjust seasonings.
