1-1/2 cups very cold almond milk
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 bag frozen pitted cherries
1 tsp. lime juice
Wash melons thoroughly. Cut the honeydew in chunks (take off the peel, of course!). Cut the cantaloupe in half, scoop out the seeds, and use the small end of a melon baller to make tiny balls. Put half the honeydew chunks and half the almond milk in a blender and run it until it’s all smooth. Pour that in a bowl, and do the same thing with the other half. Add the honey and lime juice to the bowl full of soup and stir. Add the cherries and the lime juice. Serve very cold.
