1/2 onion, sliced
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 small head cauliflower, steamed
red pepper flakes
12 oz. ravioli
Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Cook onion and mushrooms in olive oil until tender. Add cauliflower and red pepper. Drain ravioli and add to vegetables. Let stand over low heat 2 minutes. Add more olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Top with grated cheese.
