As many snap peas as you have
1 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. good olive oil
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. or to taste chile powder
Wash the snap peas. Snap the ends and pull the strings off like a zipper. Steam the whole pea pods for about 4 minutes. While they steam, mix the other ingredients in a jar. Shake like fury. Put the hot pea pods in a bowl and pour the dressing over them. Stir. Cover and chill. Eat as a cold salad, or out of the bowl with your fingers standing in front of the fridge.
