The Davis Food Co-op is looking to hire a "Temporary Clerk 2: Advertising" to accomplish advertising, editing, and design tasks in our Marketing Department while one of our principles is on leave. This temporary hire will work 20 hours a week, Monday through
Friday,10am to 2pm, from April 3 through July 31. Training begins mid-March at 10 hours per week (flexible schedule).
*Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (CS5.5 preferred), particularly InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
*Excellent communication, strong organization and record-keeping skills, keen attention to detail, strong project-management skills, and genuine enthusiasm in following directions.
*Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines.
*Experience creating graphics for both print and digital media.
Compensation: $11-15 (will depend on experience), employee discount. No benefits.
Hours: 20 per week, M-F, 10-2pm.
