In an effort to distribute as much food as possible for people that are not able to attend our event in person, we are allowing for local organizations to submit requests for multiple meal pickups on the day of our Holiday Meal (12/24/23) at the Veterans Memorial Center in Davis. Please submit your application by Friday 12/15 and note that it may take up to 48 hours for us to respond to your request.

In order to qualify for a group pickup, you must be able to:
* Fill out the entirety of this form
* Arrive at the time selected on this form
* Have the ability to immediately transport and distribute the meals while warm
