Thank you for your interest in volunteering for this year's Holiday Meal. Please take a look at the options for volunteering below and fill out your contact information by Friday 12/15. After you have completed this form, please wait for up to 48 hours until we contact you with further information via email.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Dessert Donation:
Bake or buy a dessert for the meal. Drop off at Veteran's Memorial Center from 1 pm - 3 pm on 12/24. Please provide a full ingredients list.

Delivery Driver:
Transport prepacked meals for up to 12 households in Davis. Must provide proof of active Drivers License and car registration at the bottom of this form to be eligible. Must be age 18+.

Morning Unloading:
Help unload truck and get kitchen set up. Assist in organizing decorations and equipment and setting up tables. Must be age 18+, wear closed toed shoes and a hair net or hat.

Cook:
Assist Head Chef with food prep and cooking duties. Wash dishes and organize kitchen equipment as needed. Must be age 18+, wear closed toed shoes and a hair net or hat.

Dishwasher:
Assist kitchen staff by cleaning dishes. Help with other kitchen duties as needed. Must be age 18+, wear closed toed shoes and a hair net or hat.

Hospitality (ALL OPENINGS FILLED):
Assist with a variety of tasks during the event including, but not limited to: serving food, bussing tables, greeting, organizing coat drive area, set up and cleanup. Must wear closed toed shoes.

Cleanup & Takedown:
Help with final cleanup and loading of the truck. Must be age 18+, wear closed toed shoes, and be able to lift 40+ lbs
