House-cut and trimmed humane, sustainable, and quality proteins from vetted farmers and fishermen. We know where our meat and seafood comes from, so you can too! Our Butcher/Fishmonger Manager ensures there is something for everyone without sacrificing quality.
Mermaid Sushi is made fresh everyday by sushi chefs using the best natural and high-quality ingredients such as sustainably sourced crab, salmon, and tuna. Vegan options too! Currently located in our grab & go section, to the left of our entrance.
Hard-to-find artisan cheeses, cured meats, small-batch provisions, and local products. All vetted by our Specialty Manager and Cheesemonger! We also offer decadent charcuterie boards for any occasion made with our artisan provisions.
Local craft beers, natural wines, and a curated selection of bottles worth opening. We lean toward small, local producers doing interesting things. Our Specialty Manager price checks her selection so you can trust you are getting the best deal.
One of the best reasons to shop co-op! Buy exactly what you need, reduce packaging waste, and discover new ingredients. We source locally from other cooperatives such Frontier, Pachamama, Equal Exchange, and The Coffee Farmer’s Co-op.
Teas, supplements, body care, and natural remedies curated with your whole health in mind — not just what’s trending. We also carry natural, top-rated natural hair, skin, and body care! Shop our refill station for refillable botanical shampoos/conditioners by Giovanni, Griffin Remedy, and Shikai.
Currently under remodel! When we reopen, experience house-made meals, sandwiches, and prepared foods crafted daily. Great food, ready when you are. Our offering will become 98%+ organic and focusing on whole and local ingredients. We are projected to reopen the Deli at the end of August or September.
