Recipe: Pasta with Spicy Tomato Sauce


8 oz pasta shapes
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 an onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes, drained


Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, fry onion in oil until it colors and softens. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Add diced tomato. Drain pasta when it’s not quite done and add to sauce. Simmer until pasta is tender.
