Recipe: Ravioli with Instant Sauce


1 package ravioli
1/2 lb broccoli
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 walnuts
blue cheese to taste


Cut broccoli into florets. Peel and slice broccoli stems. Cook ravioli. Add broccoli to the pasta for the last 5 minutes or so of cooking. Heat a good glug of olive oil in a large skillet and gently cook garlic and nuts in it. Drain pasta and broccoli and toss with oil. Crumble blue cheese over before serving.
