Recipe: Vegetable Pasta


6 oz pasta shapes
1 small head broccoli, cut into florets
¼ cup heavy cream
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
¼ cup cheese
salt & pepper


Cook pasta, adding broccoli for last 3 minutes of cooking time.  Heat ¼ cup cream in a good-sized pan. Add frozen veg and grated cheese. Toss in the drained pasta & broccoli, stir, and let stand off heat. 2-3 minutes. Season to taste. Stir to combine & eat.
