Recipe: BBQ Beef Potatoes


2 large russet potatoes
½ lb ground beef or substitute
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup catsup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. adobo sauce
1/8 tsp. ground cloves


Wash & prick potatoes; bake in a 350 oven until tender, about 75 minutes. Cook ground beef, breaking it up, until nicely browned. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and cook gently until thick and fragrant, 2-3 minutes. Serve over split potatoes.
