Recipe: Macaroni Salad


6 oz. uncooked pasta shapes
1 cup frozen organic peas
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup mayo
2 tsp. prepared mustard
fresh herbs if available


Cook pasta according to package directions. When pasta is done, throw in peas and let stand 1 minute off heat. Drain pasta and peas into a colander and drain well. Add onions, mayo, mustard & herbs to taste.
