Recipe: Nancy’s Broccoli Salad

This recipe is reprinted with the kind permission of Nancy’s yogurt.


1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins
10 slices cooked crumbled bacon, OR 1/2 cup bulk vegetarian Bac’uns

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Nancy’s Non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup sugar or other sweetener
2 Tbsp. vinegar


Mix the salad ingredients in a salad bowl and set aside. Blend the ingredients for the dressing, then dress the salad and serve.
