Recipe: Ricotta Lemon Sauce


8 oz. pasta
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons (packed) finely grated lemon peel
3 tablespoons freshly grated hard cheese


Whirl together in a food processor until creamy. Let stand 10 minutes Cook pasta according to package & toss with sauce.
