Recipe: Fresh Tomato Salsa


1 lb. super ripe tomatoes
1 cups (packed) fresh cilantro
3/4 cup diced peeled avocado
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
4 tsp. minced seeded chiles
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. rice syrup


Chop tomatoes well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add salt to taste. Best if allowed to stand at least two hours before serving.
