5 Week RESTART Nutrition Program with Trish Trombly

Hosted by local nutritionist Trish Trombly, this 5-week program will take place every Tuesday in October (10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31) from 5:30pm – 7pm in the Davis Food Co-op Teaching Kitchen.

The RESTART® Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from sugar and processed foods. With a 3-week sugar detox built right in, the program focuses on how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy and cut sugar and carb cravings.

About Trish:

Trish is passionate about helping people discover how eating real food and living a healthy lifestyle can really help them feel better, have more energy, and achieve their full potential. She started studying nutrition in high school, earned a degree in Dietetics from UC Davis, became a certified nutrition consultant through Bauman College, and started Trombly Nutrition in 2010. For the past few years she has been teaching RESTART®, a powerful 5 week group program that is transforming lives.
