Canning for the Season

Learn how to safely can all this fabulous summer produce. In this class we will learn all about the techniques needed for safe canning while making a low sugar jam, canned fruit and a summery salsa.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know before you purchase tickets. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind some ingredients are unavoidable in certain classes.

Co-op Owners receive 10% off cooking classes. If you are an Owner who is currently enrolled in our Community Discount program, you are eligible for 50% off cooking class tickets.
