Don’t let the Davis summer stop you from eating pasta, just make sure you’re eating it cold! We aren’t just talking about boring old pasta salad either. Learn how to make 2 flavorful and colorful cold pasta dishes to serve as a main or a side all summer long in this hands on cooking class for home chefs of all levels. This class is gluten free and vegetarian with a vegan option. We will use nuts, but dairy is optional.
