Fermented Foods 101

Fermented foods are all the rage! This is for a good reasons: they’re tasty and good for our guts. Learn how to ferment a few favorites in your kitchen at home in this hands on class. Participants will get to make kimchi and sauerkraut while learning about fermentation, good bacteria, and how to incorporate more fermented foods in your diet.

Date and Time: Saturday, May 18th from 3-5 pm

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know before you purchase tickets. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind some ingredients are unavoidable in certain classes.
