Gluten Free Italian Classics
Prepare an entirely gluten free meal from scratch. As a class, we’ll make and eat three classic Italian dishes, all naturally gluten free, using seasonal flavors and produce from the Co-op. After this class, you’ll be able to replicate these dishes any night of the week for friends and family, gluten free or not – they’ll be that good. We’ll use dairy (butter, milk, cheese) in this class, but it will otherwise be vegetarian.
