Gluten Free Raspberry Lemon Tiramisu

Tiramisu is the best dessert. Correction, gluten free tiramisu is the best dessert. Instructor Christine has Celiac Disease, but it hasn’t stopped her from eating the foods she loves. Whether you’re gluten free or cooking for someone who is, learn how to make this summery twist on the Italian classic completely without gluten. Yes, we’re even making gluten free ladyfingers from scratch. We’ll use dairy and eggs in this class.
