
Gluten Free Tiramisu
Tiramisu is perhaps the greatest dessert. This is partially because you don’t need an oven to finish off this cream-coffee-and-rum layered treat. Our tiramisu will be made with homemade gluten free ladyfingers. Each participant will take home a batch of tiramisu in addition to indulging during class. Note: we will be using a traditional tiramisu recipe that calls for raw egg yolks from pasteurized eggs. This class is gluten free and vegetarian.

This class is mask-optional for vaccinated participants or those with recent negative results (within 48 hours of the class). In order to enter the Teaching Kitchen without a mask, we will ask for proof of vaccination or recent negative test results. Unvaccinated participants without recent negative test results will be asked to wear a mask while they are not actively eating or drinking.
