Knife Skills Boot Camp

Level up your knife skills for easier and faster home cooking in this hands-on skills-focused class. We’ll talk about sharpening, Japanese vs. European blades, and more. If you have your own chef’s knife, we recommend bringing it with you so you can practice with your own knife. Otherwise, chef’s knives will be provided. We’ll make a delicious seasonal salad with everything you cut along the way and send you home with the recipe so you can practice these skills at home!

Date and Time: Friday, August 1st from 5:30-7:30 pm

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know before you purchase tickets. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind some ingredients are unavoidable in certain classes.

Co-op Owners receive 10% off cooking classes. If you are an Owner who is currently enrolled in our Community Discount program, you are eligible for 50% off cooking class tickets.
