Knife Skills

What is the difference between a mince and a dice? What is the best way to safely cut a mango? Are you holding your knife correctly? We will answer these questions and more in this knife skills class. Together we will learn to hold and handle your knife in the best way, cut through all the classic cuts plus some specialty techniques. We will make a fruit salad to enjoy together and pack up some chopped up mirepoix for you to take home.

Date and Time: Friday, October 13th from 5:30-7:30 pm
