Macaroni and Cheese

The base of a good macaroni and cheese is the sauce. Learn how to build a classic cheese sauce and one that uses pureed winter squash for a seasonal twist. Both can be folded into hot pasta for a creamy stove top mac or poured into a pan with added protein and vegetables and baked with a tasty crispy topping. Learn how to ensure your mac doesn’t dry out and how to up the veggies even more without leading to a watery sauce.
