Main Dish Salads
On hot summer nights, finding a way to enjoy something light but hearty that doesn’t require too much cooking is important. Main dish salads are a great answer. Together we will cook a few bases that can be made ahead, beans, grains and crunchy vegetables, and then use those ingredients in a number of different salads. Learn to make a dressing, how to get the most flavor into your meal and how to use ingredients like seeds nuts and cheese to add texture and pop to your salad.
