Ooey Gooey Sticky Buns

For the most decadent sticky buns, you want to start with a dough that is tender, but still firm enough to hold up to all that caramel and nuts. We will mix the dough, make fillings and of course the sticky nutty caramel, while discussing ways you can swap ingredients to change up the flavors of your buns and what is the difference between sticky buns and cinnamon rolls? This class will use dairy, eggs, and wheat.
