
Risotto
Creamy risotto is a delicious supper that, once you know the technique, is much easier to cook up then you might think. It’s also a great base to highlight all the fabulous produce on the co-op shelves. We will work together to make a few variations on this delicious rice dish and then taste them along with a crisp spring green salad that balances out the creamy meal.
