Seasonal Salads and Vinaigrettes

Winter salads are highly underrated in our cuisine. Packed with harvest grains and veggies, winter salads should be colorful, nutritious, and very satisfying. Learn how to prepare a hearty seasonal salad and vinaigrette alongside Instructor Alison. Participants will get to eat what they make and take a home a recipe that’s nearly endlessly customizable for sensational salads all season long.
