Tis the season to gather in the kitchen and make tamales. If you’ve never made tamales or grew up making them like Instructor Christine, this hands-on course has something for you. We’ll make vegan masa (based on an old family recipe), a veggie-forward filling celebrating seasonal produce and learn how to roll, cook, freeze, and reheat homemade tamales. Don’t worry, we’ll get to eat some too! This class is vegan and gluten free.
