December 3 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm$25
Making a traditional apple strudel starts by mixing a very strong dough. Working very carefully, we will stretch it out so thin that you can see through it and then roll up the apple filling. This creates many layers of crisp and flakey dough. While the strudel bakes, we will make a Crème Anglaise to serve it with.
This is an in-person hands-on class.
