Canning Summer: Apricot Jam with Earl Grey and Vanilla

Learn how to turn your summer kitchen into a home canning paradise! In this class, we’ll make apricot jam with vanilla and homemade earl grey syrup. It’s delicious on toast, with charcuterie, and glazed on or filled in pastry. Once you go through the process of home water bath canning, you’ll want to can again and again.
The prep list will be emailed to you with your confirmation and sent again 2 days before class as a reminder.
The class handout with complete recipe will be emailed to you 2 hours before class starts on Friday, August 13th at 5:30 pm PST.
Everyone who registers will be emailed a recording of the class. Please allow us a few days to send this out. This is a great option for folks who cannot attend the live class, but still want to participate!
