Nothing says “autumn” like a Caramel Apple. In this class, you’ll learn how to make dipping caramel from scratch that won’t chip your teeth. We’ll be using the two-stage cooking method to create a rich and tender caramel that will cling to peak-of-the-season Granny Smith apples. Our recipe is the real deal too – no corn syrup or other stabilizers will be used in this class. No need to be intimidated – beginning confectioners welcome!
This is a live virtual class. However, a recording of the live class will be sent to all participants. This is a great option for folks who want to take the class, but cannot attend live. Please allow us 1-3 days to get this sent out.
A materials and ingredients list will be emailed to you after you register. Two hours before class you will receive an email with the recipe. Please read over prior to the start of class.
