Ceviche & Tostadas – $5 Seasonal Summer Soups or Salads

Ceviche with homemade tostadas is elegant, light summer fare. We’re using a traditional Mexican recipe that features fresh, seasonal ingredients. Crispy homemade tostadas are perfect for scooping up ceviche. Serve two for a fun dinner or 6-8 as an appetizer.

**Since this class is only 30 minutes, some ingredient preparation is required.** The prep list will be emailed to you with your confirmation and sent again 2 days before class as a reminder. Please follow instructions on the prep list so you’ll be ready when class starts.

The class handout with complete recipe will be emailed to you 2 hours before class starts on Friday, July 30th at 3 pm PST.

Everyone who registers will be emailed a recording of the class. Please allow us a few days to send this out. This is a great option for folks who cannot attend the live class, but still want to participate!
